At Solvantiqo S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Solvantiqo", "we") we consider the protection of your personal data to be a cornerstone of our activity. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect through solvantiqo.com, for what purpose we process it, with whom we share it and what rights you can exercise, in accordance with Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and its implementing rules.

2. Data we collect
We collect data that you provide us through the subscription form (name and email) and technical data generated by your browsing (IP address, device type, operating system, pages visited, date and time). The latter is obtained through cookies and similar technologies, always respecting your consent preferences.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is processed for the following purposes: (i) to send you communications about real estate crowdlending initiatives available on the platform; (ii) to analyze the use of the site to improve the experience and contents; (iii) to comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations applicable to our activity in the Argentine Republic.

Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent given when completing the subscription form, as well as the legitimate interest of Solvantiqo to maintain and improve the service, and the fulfilment of legal obligations.

You have the right to request access, rectification, updating, erasure and portability of your data, as well as to object to certain processing, in accordance with Law 25,326. You can exercise these rights by contacting us. The AAIP (Agency for Access to Public Information) is the competent supervisory body.
